Well no!...Not yet!
The place is on the market...Malcolm is waiting to leave, has a caravan sorted out in his brothers front garden.
He's been living there rent free, with all the bills paid for five years...Even my brothers are pissed off with it all tbf..They are almost at the point of changing the locks...His tenure has ended!

It was stipulated in the will, that he could stay there for five years...
I've been barred from the property, during that time, by him!...He was allowed to call the shots!
His reasons being...I'm a bit mad etc...
