YouTube buffering
does anyone know what causes YouTube buffering? it happens about one or two days every few weeks and it drives me nuts. YouTube is my TV.

Re: YouTube buffering
normally slow network your end, but can also be lots of requests for the file from their end too. or possibly if you use it a LOT they are capping your usage, never really heard of Youtube doing it though.
I get it almost every video (but i got crappy connection most of the time) but normally its under 30 seconds but sometimes a few mins.

Re: YouTube buffering
I used to get all kinds of crap when I tried the HTML5 versions of their videos. Went back to Flash and I have no problems. But I also pay more for one of the highest-speed connections available in the States.
Re: YouTube buffering
thanks for the responses. i had forgot about this until today when any video on any site has been buffering. time to go read some text i guess.
