Video: Gay teenager comes out to his parents with ‘I love penis’ cake

This gay teenager used a fairly creative method to come out as gay to his family.
The video shows Keanu William talking about his realisation that he is gay, then baking a cake and showing it to his family.
Keanu’s family doesn’t really react to the “I heart penis” cake other than to thank him for telling them.
The description on the video reads: “This is a coming out video to my parents, I wanted to do something different to tell them and making a video let me tell people I don’t see everyday something that recently happend in my life. I’m happy and don’t regret what has happend [sic].”
This is by no means the first instance we’ve seen of someone coming out using a message on a cake, however this is the first video of the event we have come across.
