Would you grant him legal aid, if yes, why?

A one-legged Albanian double killer has been granted legal aid to fight extradition from Britain — even though he has allegedly confessed to the murders, it emerged last night.
Saliman Barci, 41, claims he is innocent and is using human rights laws in a desperate bid to avoid being sent back to his homeland, where he has been convicted of murdering two men.

But your question is, Whould you grant him legal aid?

Why wouldn't you? In an adversarial legal system, everyone is entitled to representation.

If his other leg needed emergency amputation (pun intended), would you deny him a surgeon?

I would either deny him a surgeon or do it myself in my workshop using broken glass and a hammer as I would be a bit merciful and knock him out, when he came too he could 'bum' around. lol!
