I have only seen the clip and not the whole interview in it's entirety.

I don't think there is any doubt that she dearly loves her son, she also fights despicable online trolls who call him names.
But I'm not sure whether the right thing to do is make him aware of this.....his mental age is that of a young child, surely young children should not have to know that cowards online spout hate against him.

Good for her for spreading the word to schoolkids that online bullying is wrong, but imo she should keep her son out of it all.

I'm not on any of these social network sites so I don't see anything....but I think they do say horrible stuff.

I am doubtful about the things people say to get/keep in the limelight, I find it difficult to believe anyone would say such, maybe they do though.

Katie Price can come across as very nice and caring, and perhaps she is, but she's also very self-centred and no matter what she does, it's all about Katie.

So yes, her intentions are real, she loves her boy and obviously feels upset by online bullies, but she'd never say all that without it being about her a teensy bit too.

Also, agree that she shouldn't tell a child that he's being bullied online. If he doesn't know, what tell him?
