I deal with the majority of abuse reports.
Most are Crap, and as i said if it is something that is legally/personally compromising I Action it.
if it is people whinging about each other etc, I Ignore it.

Which is odd since 60% of the active mods are Brits.  The mods are doing a pretty good job.  It's just that we have some spoiled children on this site.

No idea about how reported posts are handled because I have never reported any.
