If ones commits suicide, the person is dead. "was looking for a way to help kids who commit suicide after being bullied" I don't think dead kids can be helped much.

I was just pointing out a mistake in the article. It should say "attempted suicide" instead of "committed suicide" . If the kids have already committed suicide, then they are dead and can't be helped.
