Tipu Sultan: Extreme views of South Shields killer are revealed as he is jailed

Convicted murderer Michael McDougall shared right wing propaganda on his Facebook page just a month before he shot dead popular takeaway owner Tipu Sultan.
Images from the killer’s online account show the 47-year-old shared a picture of the Union Flag from Britain First’s page with a race-related message.
Other pages shared by McDougall included the picture of a bullet posted on the day he shot Mr Sultan, while the killer wrote on his homepage that he worked at “The English Defence League”.
Information about the pages can now be shared following McDougall’s conviction for murder at Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday.
