When someone comes onto a forum as a newbee and gets called names and insulted, effed at continually, hangs back, does not retaliate and management condone it by their silence, the person cannot take any more and eventually retaliates as the olive branch which has been offered several times is now withered away., please try to understand

I very much doubt you would tolerate countless of the same nonsense daily, as its intentions are hate and to instill hate

Again no issue with genuine stories from the media or criticism, but the bull from FB or any other distorted link, where its done daily to dehumanize a people, then stop ignoring that hate and grow some backbone

Lots of pure truth in that statement and for not knowing or having all of the 'HYSTERICAL/HISTORY' that you and a few others share --- my brief weeks here have been really 'ODD'!

But after looking at the utter SHIT-FEST that was created just this morning --- that has caused so much hate and dissension---the back wash from Miff's return was EPIC --- HUGE MONOLITHIC BLOW UP and it all circle-jerked right back to Troll #1.

And as unsettling as that 'Welcome Back' became for her --- seems the problems were EPIC long before I joined and will remain so if I got fed up and left.

Let me say this as clearly as possible -- you don't tell me what to do, you don't issue ultimatums, you don't tell the moderators how to moderate. You don't decide what opinions people can hold or what positions are acceptable.

I have been on the receiving end of numerous personal attacks from one or two posters in particular and not once have i seen the 'restriction to basement' action taken against either of them or any other punitive action for that matter...

However I'm sure that had I been the one dishing out the abuse then I would most likely have been banned a long time ago...

If I don't report it then that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't bother me... and my mentioning of it now doesn't mean I'm whining either...

Shouldn't the rules be getting enforced at all times when seen to be broken and not only maybe when someone complains...?

If a child was getting bullied at school but didn't say anything... but the teachers knew it was happening... would they be right for doing nothing about it just because the child hadn't actually made a complaint...!?
