Lingfield man sentenced for making indecent images of children

A LINGFIELD man who admitted making indecent images of children and possessing extreme pornographic videos portraying oral and sexual intercourse with a dog has been sentenced today.

Robbie Underwood, until recently of Haxted Road, Lingfield, appeared at Guildford Crown Court today (February .
He was given a suspended sentence, as His Hon Judge Christopher Critchlow sentenced him to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years.

The court heard how Underwood, 35, who was charged with five counts of making indecent images of children, three counts of possessing extreme pornographic images or movies involving animals and one count of sending a WhatsApp message from his phone describing sexual acts with children, had been going through a "dark" period of his life and was getting divorced at the time.

Underwood had admitted making indecent images of a child, ranging from category A (the most serious) to category C on or before August 13, while he was living in Lingfield.

He also pleaded guilty to possessing 43 extreme pornographic images and 146 explicit movies of a person performing sex acts on a dog, also on or before August 13 in Lingfield.

Finally, he pleaded guilty to sending a lewd message from his phone describing sexual acts with children between October 10 and October 30, 2014.

Underwood was given credit for his early guilty plea, and the court heard he had been cooperative with the police when they came into his home.

In addition to the suspended sentence, Underwood was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work, to pay a £100 victim's surcharge, and to pay over £600 in court costs.

certainly as far as the Muslim gangs go, you seem prepared to accept that such happenings are "inevitable" and thus by extension acceptable at least politically if not emotionally. That they are some how a "price worth paying", that the benefits out weigh the consequences....

yes , we have plenty...in fact too many of our own...why invite , unchecked and unrestrained many many more, who, if it were at all possible have an even worse attitude than our own...??????

Don't get me wrong sassy... I'm happy that lefties haven't denied or covered up this man's crimes... I'm just wondering why so many lefties would be denying and covering up the crimes of so many Pakistani Muslims who have been raping and abusing tens of thousands of white British children across the uk...!?

The only inevitable thing about it, is that we have vunerable children that children's homes allow to run around unaccompanied and don't check on them.  All the children that were abused were vunerable, we should be taking better care of them, and I don't excuse any paedos.   We know they exist in every race, colour, creed and level of society and we should do a lot more to keep children safe.   And I don't accept that immigrants are more likely to be paedos, christ on a bike, the percentage of people who are peados in the British population is huge, and the attitude of public schools etc doesn't help.  My brother went to a public school, it was accepted that some teachers were paedos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Majority were not in care... came from normal decent homes and families.
