Re: Mick Phillpot To Appeal
His wife had already appealed against her sentence, but lost. I can't be doing with this claim that she was helpless and couldn't stand up to her ex husband. That was her problem, and she willingly took part in the conspiracy. Even if the children hadn't died, they committed arson and tried to defraud the tax payers. She'll be out in a few years anyway.
Paul Mosley also appealed against his sentence, but then withdrew the appeal.
Didn't Philpott also try to frame someone else?

Re: Mick Phillpot To Appeal
so what you are saying is that you are prepared , on the basis of what is very limited information (since YOU dont have access to the actual medical reports, nor I strongly suspect could you even begin to understand them), on te basis of what, in law is mere heresay to carry out an execution
bear in mind what the judge has said is merely "on the balance of probability"
NOT BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT...
all, in fact he is saying ...is that really it should go to trial...
as pointed out ...even the "experts" cant agree....
Another reason the R/W are FAILURES, and should not get a sniff of power

I think you're in the wrong thread. This is about Philpott, who's already been convicted.
