ROS Coward (Why Dares to Speak says nothing useful, June 23) thinks it is “shocking” that Gay Men’s Press has published a book, Dares To Speak, which challenges the assumption that all sex involving children and adults is abusive. I think it is courageous.
The distinguished psychologists and anthropologists cited in this book deserve to be heard. Offering a rational, informed perspective on sexual relations between younger and older people, they document examples of societies where consenting inter-generational sex is considered normal, beneficial and enjoyable by old and young alike.
Prof Gilbert Herdt points to the Sambia tribe of Papua New Guinea, where all young boys have sex with older warriors as part of their initiation into manhood. Far from being harmed, Prof Herdt says the boys grow up to be happy, well-adjusted husbands and fathers.
The positive nature of some child-adult sexual relationships is not confined to non-Western cultures. Several of my friends – gay and straight, male and female – had sex with adults from the ages of nine to 13. None feel they were abused. All say it was their conscious choice and gave them great joy.
While it may be impossible to condone paedophilia, it is time society acknowledged the truth that not all sex involving children is unwanted, abusive and harmful.

I speak to a lot of people online who are still trying to get the investigation into child abuse that Cameron called a 'conspiracy theory' off the ground. Doesn't matter who does it, child abuse is unforgiveable, but I'm beginning to think that the whole country, every class, every community, is bloody riddled with it.

Given that the Muslim population of rotherham is only about 8000, and half of those are women, half of the rest will be young boys or old men... that mean less than 2000 were Muslims men between the ages of about 18-40 and even less again if we only count the Paki Muslims who are the group predominately responsible for the rape of all the children there...


So this 300 is not simply 'only a few'... it is maybe 25% of the Paki Muslim men in rotherham who were involved!!!

Given the number of MPs (particularly Ministers) there have been over the years, and the list of them suspected of being peados, the percentage of them that are must be fantastically high.

Yes... quite... and most of them homosexuals too...!!!

Is that your evidence that most of the people commiting child abuse were homosexuals?

As for Thatchell. I expect that the lad would have to have submitted a complaint that he was being sexually abused or the authorities had some evidence that that they were having sex when it was against the law.

Seeing as though the authorities have been covering up this quantity... it is a bit difficult to officially quantify...!!!



But, going by the figures I have previously posted...300 now being targeted in rotherham alone, out of a relatively small number of Paki Muslim men in total in rotherham, (maybe around 1500 Paki Muslim men between 18-40 yrs old), shows that a high percentage of the total number are directly involved...


Do the maths...


And I'm sure the 300 number is well below the true number of them involved.



As was the prof jay report that said AT LEAST 1400 children were victims... the true number of victims is undoubtedly much much higher than that, plus most of those were each abused by over a hundred different Paki Muslim abusers...



Maybe you should get a little bit more informed of the facts before you try to start dismissing them...


And to be quite honest... to even try, you are part of the problem that allowed it in the first place!!!
