I stopped smoking 11yrs ago after a quadruple heart bypass, but on occasions I would dearly love a cigarette. I don't think the urge ever leaves you.

I enjoy one cigarette per night with a novel and its my own lungs I pollute with my lone cigarette and I hope to be able to continue to do do.
