And yet they are being challenged:

"Argentina's FALGBT association of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals has said it will request that the two appeal court judges face a political trial, a procedure under which public officials can be questioned by parliamentarians and be sanctioned or struck off."

Good for them, it almost sounds like the boy is not being taken as a 'real' victim due to his own orientation and abuse in the past- they should not be judges simple as that.
