UN report outlines how Hamas used kids as human shields
The headlines in most places were entirely predictable: “UN Says Israel Killed 44 Palestinians in Schools During Gaza War.” That was indeed one finding of a UN report published Monday — but only part of the story.
The report also confirmed something Israel’s been saying all along: Hamas stored mortars and other weapons in at least three UN schools during last summer’s war and fired rockets at Israel from two of them.
Israel repeatedly made that point during the conflict to explain why it was firing on schools (and mosques and hospitals) where Palestinians had taken refuge.
Because Hamas, desperate to win world sympathy by any means, has always been happy to use Palestinian innocents as human shields — the more casualties, the better.

Of course the left will ignore the fact it is Hamas ensuring children die, which they show they have no care for the sanctity of life where they in fact teach it is glorious to die.

UN: Palestinian children tortured, used as human shields by Israel
New UN human rights agency report claims Israeli forces arbitrarily arrest Palestinian children in Gaza and West Bank, subject them to degrading treatment, exploit them to scope out potentially dangerous buildings and use them as shields to deter stone throwers.

As seen Sassy refuses to condemn Hamas and then posts a suspect made up picture as her defense to deflect away from the truth

So what did we learn from Sassy here?
She avoids condemning Hamas at any length possible
That is all you need to know about Sassy and how she defends terrorists who glorify in the death of Palestinian children, which they make sure happens.

I think if posters are going to put up pictures they should cite where the pictures came from and in what context they were taken.

Nemesis I can't see anything to be honest all I can say is the rifle, I think is an Iraeli made Gali or an tavor 21. Tavor 21 is made for Special forces. Previously they used the American m16 firing 7.62 rounds.

When not intending to shoot, the trigger finger is out of the trigger guard and should be extended along the body of the "receiver"

Re: UN report outlines how Hamas used kids as human shields
Found the headline in the New York Post:
The Post has been criticized since the beginning of Murdoch's ownership for sensationalism, blatant advocacy and conservative bias. In 1980, the Columbia Journalism Review stated that "the New York Post is no longer merely a journalistic problem. It is a social problem – a force for evil."[34]
Perhaps the most serious allegation against the Post is that it is willing to contort its news coverage to suit Murdoch's business needs, in particular that the paper has avoided reporting anything that is unflattering to the government of the People's Republic of China, where Murdoch has invested heavily in satellite television.[35]
Critics say that the Post allows its editorial positions to shape its story selection and news coverage. Post executive editor Steven D. Cuozzo has responded that the Post "broke the elitist media stranglehold on the national agenda."
According to a survey conducted by Pace University in 2004, the Post was rated the least-credible major news outlet in New York, and the only news outlet to receive more responses calling it "not credible" than credible (44% not credible to 39% credible).[36]
The Public Enemy song "A Letter to the New York Post" from their album Apocalypse '91...The Enemy Strikes Black is a complaint about what they believed to be negative and inaccurate coverage blacks received from the paper.
The Post 's coverage of the murder of Hasidic landlord Menachem Stark prompted outrage from Jewish communal leaders and public figures. [37]
Controversies
There have been numerous controversies surrounding the Post:
In 1997, a national news story concerning Rebecca Sealfon's victory in the Scripps National Spelling Bee circulated. Sealfon was sponsored by the Daily News, a direct in-market competitor. The Post published a picture of her but altered the photograph to remove the name of the Daily News as printed on a placard she was wearing.[38]
On November 8, 2000, the Post printed "BUSH WINS!" in a huge headline,[39] although the presidential election remained in doubt because of the recount needed in Florida. Like the Post, many other newspapers around the country published a similar headline after the four major TV networks called the election for George W. Bush.
On March 10, 2004, the Post re-ran, as a full-color page one photograph,[40] a photograph that had already been run three days earlier in black and white on page 9, showing the 24-story suicide plunge of a New York University student, who had since been identified as 19-year-old Diana Chien, daughter of a prominent Silicon Valley businessman. Among criticisms leveled at the Post[41] was their addition of a tightly cropped inset photograph of Chien, a former high-school track athlete, depicting her in mid-jump from an athletic meet, giving the false impression that it was taken during her fatal act, despite the fact that she had fallen face up.
On July 6, 2004, the Post ran an article claiming to have learned exclusively that Senator John Kerry, the Democratic Party's Presidential nominee-in-waiting, had selected former House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt to be the party's Vice Presidential nominee. The article, under the headline "KERRY'S CHOICE", ran without a byline.[42] The next day, the Post had to print a new story, "KERRY'S REAL CHOICE", reporting Kerry's actual selection of Senator John Edwards of North Carolina as his running mate.
On April 21, 2006, several Asian-American advocacy groups protested the use of the headline "Wok This Way" for a Post article about Bush's meeting with the Hu Jintao, President of the People's Republic of China.[43]
On September 29, 2006, Post editor Sarah Polonsky was fired abruptly for accepting free gifts.[44][45]
On September 27, 2006, the Post published an article called "Powder Puff Spooks Keith" that made fun of Countdown host Keith Olbermann receiving an anthrax threat from an unknown terrorist.[46]
On December 7, 2006, the Post doctored a front-page photograph to depict the co-chairmen of the Iraq Study Group, James Baker and Lee Hamilton, in primate fur, under the headline "SURRENDER MONKEYS", inspired by a once-used line from The Simpsons. In defense of the "Surrender Monkeys" headline, media contributor Simon Dumenco wrote an Ad Age article about his love for the Post.[47]
On February 18, 2009, the Post ran a cartoon by Sean Delonas that depicted a white police officer saying to another white police officer who has just shot a chimpanzee on the street: "They'll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill." The cartoon dually referred to President Obama and to the recent rampage of Travis, a former chimpanzee actor; it was criticized as being in bad taste, primarily by making a reference to the racist stereotype of African-Americans being portrayed as apes.[48] Civil rights activist Al Sharpton called the cartoon "troubling at best given the historic racist attacks of African-Americans as being synonymous with monkeys."[49] The Post has defended itself by stating that the cartoon was deliberately misinterpreted by its critics.[50]
On December 4, 2012, the Post used a picture taken by a freelance photographer, R. Umar Abbasi, of a 58-year-old man identified as Ki Suk Han struggling to climb back up onto the platform 49th Street Station in New York City as a subway train approached. The caption on the front read, "Pushed on the subway track, this man is about to die" on top, and "DOOMED" in large, boldface print on the bottom. The image caused outrage among many, as its use was viewed as exploiting a tragedy for commercial gain. Abbasi stated that he was not strong enough to pull the man up, and attempted to use the flash on his camera to alert the driver of the oncoming train.[51]
Aspects of the Post 's coverage of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings were criticized. The Post reported in several stories on the day of the attack that the death toll was 12, while most organizations reported two and then three fatalities. In addition, they reported that a Saudi national was being held as a suspect, but Boston Police denied this and said they had no suspects in custody.[52] Additionally, the April 18 cover of the Post featured a full-page photo of two young men the paper described as being sought by law enforcement in possible connection with the attack. CBS News reporter John Miller reported that the two men are not considered suspects by the FBI. The apparent insinuation by the Post that they were suspects was denounced by media critics.[53] In June 2013, the two men sued the Post for libel over the story.[54]
On January 5, 2014, following the abduction and gruesome murder of Jewish Brooklyn businessman Menachem Stark,[55] the Post cover story featured a picture of the victim dressed in his traditional Hasidic garb accompanied by the headline asking "Who didn't want him dead?"[56] That front page sparked outrage for its insinuation that the murder was justified vigilantism.[57][58][59][60][61] On that same day, some New York City elected officials condemned the Post's cover story. In a press conference led by Brooklyn borough president Eric Adams,[62] New York City Public Advocate Letitia James declared,"Today [the New York Post has] given license to murder!" James then asked that "every government official should refrain from advertising in the New York Post, every government official should withdraw any governmental notice from the New York Post, and everyone should condemn the New York Post." [63]
In 2014 the Post settled a defamation suit brought by Salaheddin Barhoum and Yassine Zaimi which had accused the Post of falsely reporting that authorities had sought the pair as suspects in the Boston bombing case.[64][65]
The Post and the Daily News often take potshots at each other's work and accuracy, particularly in their respective gossip-page items.
In certain editions of the February 14, 2007, newspaper, an article referring to then-Senator Hillary Clinton's support base for her 2008 presidential run referred to then-Senator Barack Obama as "Osama";[66] the paper realized its error and corrected it for the later editions and the website.[67] The Post noted the error and apologized in the February 15, 2007, edition.[68] Earlier, on January 20, 2007, the Post received some criticism[69] for running a potentially misleading headline, "'Osama' Mud Flies at Obama",[70] for a story that discussed rumors that Obama had been raised as a Muslim and concealed it.

AND NOW FOR THE REAL UN REPORT:
Oral Update by the Chairperson of the Independent Commission of Inquiry on the 2014 Gaza Conflict
23 March 2015
As chair of the Independent Commission of Inquiry on the 2014 Gaza Conflict, I am pleased to provide this oral update on the implementation of Human Rights Council resolution S21/1 on behalf of the Commission of Inquiry.
The resolution tasked us to investigate all alleged “violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, particularly in the occupied Gaza Strip, in the context of the military operations conducted since 13 June 2014, whether before, during or after, to establish the facts and circumstances of such violations and of the crimes perpetrated and to identify those responsible, to make recommendations, in particular on accountability measures, all with a view to avoiding and ending impunity and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable, and on ways and means to protect civilians against any further assaults, and to report to the Council at its twenty-eighth session”.
The Commission has interpreted its mandate as including investigation of the activities of Palestinian armed groups in Gaza, including attacks on Israel, as well as the Israeli military operation in the Gaza Strip and Israeli actions in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. The Commission is looking at a broad range of alleged violations committed by all parties and is considering the full range of human rights including economic, social and cultural rights.
Three Commissioners were appointed in August 2014 and the Secretariat was fully staffed by the end of November 2014. The chair of the Commission, Professor William Schabas, resigned last month and I was appointed chair in his place, serving alongside my esteemed colleague Dr. Doudou Diene.
The Commission made an initial call for submissions with the deadline of 10 January 2015. This deadline was extended until the end of January 2015 and then again until late-February, in order to give all stakeholders the opportunity to provide any information they wished to share with the Commission.
The Commission has done its utmost to obtain access to Israel and the Gaza Strip, as well as to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. We would very much have liked to meet face to face with victims and the authorities in these places. In October and November 2014 the Commission wrote to the Government of Israel requesting access. We wrote again in January and February this year, but to date we have received no response to our letters. In November 2014 the Commission wrote to the Government of Egypt requesting access to Gaza via the Rafah crossing. Egypt indicated it was ready to facilitate our travel to Gaza as soon as the security situation permitted travel through its territory. Unfortunately that has not yet been possible, but we remain ready to go should circumstances change.
The Commission is grateful to the Government of Jordan for facilitating two missions – in November 2014 and January 2015 - to Amman where we met with witnesses and officials from the region.
The Commission of Inquiry has used technology to interview a wide spectrum of witnesses and victims in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory. Many witnesses and NGO’s have also travelled here to Geneva to testify before the Commission. In addition, we have received a large number of submissions from individuals, as well as from local and international human rights groups and UN agencies. We are extremely grateful for this cooperation.
On 9 March we asked the Council to extend our mandate until June this year. We need more time in order to assess the large amount of information we have accumulated – much of which has only been received in recent weeks after the extension of the deadline for submissions. In addition there are complex legal issues to consider. This process cannot be rushed.
Finally, the Commission would like to reassure the victims and witnesses who have testified before the Commission that we remain committed to this process and intend to do justice to their submissions. We look forward to submitting our report to the Council in June this year.

So Israel unwilling to co-operate, now I wonder why?
Well that's that newspaper article well and truly ripped. The UN report hasn't even been published and is delayed because of a failure to respond to requests from the UN for access to investigate the situation.

Re: UN report outlines how Hamas used kids as human shields
It ripped nothing being as we know for a fact Hamas has used children as human shields.
They have even been caught on camera firing from civilian positions, but then the left are so stupid they wish to bury their heads in the sand. 3 times they have been found placing weapons in schools of which they have left the premises open. This is of course where they have been found out. This of course also does not explain why they build tunnels to attack Israel and not bomb shelters for its people and why they demand people stay in their homes when warned by Israel.

The article was wrong as there is no report yet. Wait and see what it says when it comes out and if the Israeli's agree to cooperate.

You have one by amnesty international and of course all the evidence I have given which of course you wish to ignore.
So how many bomb shelters built in Gaza?
Ho many tunnels built to attack Israel?
