BTW, not necessarily agreeing with the caption underneath as people from many countries are joining IS unfortunately, but is it a tattoo of a particular section of the US Army?

Us Army i thought artillery but it seems that`s crossed barrels under the skull but do a image search for us army artillery and that's one of the pictures
