Happy happy belated birthday my sweets.
I'm SOOOOOOO sorry that I missed it

32 and Saturday was Valentines so unfortunately nothing much happened...
BUT good food
Made home made 'tex/mex' 10 hour slow cooked shredded beef, 3 types of cheese nacho sauce, Home made ghost chilli hot sauce(turned out great considering it was my first attempt), Jalapeño jam and all the rest..
Plus on Monday work friends took me to good Chinese for lunch and 2 people bought me cakes (without consulting the other so we had DOUBLE CAKE
)
32 and Saturday was Valentines so unfortunately nothing much happened...
BUT good food
Made home made 'tex/mex' 10 hour slow cooked shredded beef, 3 types of cheese nacho sauce, Home made ghost chilli hot sauce(turned out great considering it was my first attempt), Jalapeño jam and all the rest..
Plus on Monday work friends took me to good Chinese for lunch and 2 people bought me cakes (without consulting the other so we had DOUBLE CAKE
)
