Really this clip pretty much sums it up, he may be a dickhead but atleast he has got some common sense.
And he is known to be a catholic (both him and Abbott are) but still using common sense on Public Policy.

In Fact he became our Churchill because he disagreed with Churchill
He Kept Aussie Troops in the Pacific Theatre to Fight the Japanese instead of send ALL our troops to Europe (Churchill Insisted we could let Half Australia Fall, and to send himm ALL our troops)
He Brokered the Alliance with USA that still stands today.

Anybody who wants to stop teaching about important historical figures due to political motivations DEEPLY creeps me out; reminds me of 1984.
