Victor, would love to join you mate, but you know how I'm placed. Son and daughter went out Thursday night,Son drove, Daughter got 22 rabbits and 2 mink!!

Well done to them Nicko, especially on the two mink...hope she's gonna keep and tan the skins  ::D::

I will take both the B725 and the daystate Mk 4 IS. I'll set up the hide and just sit and wait methinks..perhaps with a walk around about mid day ...fancy some pigeon ......

God what would I do with all that time to myself....?

Paint my nails, read, lay down, watch TV, eat rubbish....


Know what I wouldn't be doing? Picking up wet towels, socks, toys, cooking three times a day, bathing a sticky little toddler, wiping sticky fingerprints off my widows, shouting at teen to get washed, get off computer, go to bed....listening to a big grown man whinge about traffic and saying now hungry he is....

You catch my drift.

Vic,she's 41 now and a Grannie, at the age of 10 she could gut and skin rabbits, almost as quick as I could, at 18. I bought her a Ruger .22 rifle with Scope and Silencer.She has all ways loved to hunt and is very good at it.

you brought her up right then nicko....

You two would have a great time in my Brothers field, we were fetching in hay there at dusk about a month ago and I bet there were 200 little bunnies having dinner

If you have the horses in that field, go over it crefully to make sure there are no tunnels near the surface they can get their legs down if they collapse (the tunnesls that is) i know of a number of owners who have lost their horses due to broken legs from this cause (and some who were lucky but had massive vet bills ....  ) thats why one of my permissions is a big stables, the rabbits were undermining the fields AND menage....  we found out how bad it was when my mate got his leg down a tunnel that gave way under him.....and broke his ankle....he wasnt happy when I reminded him of what happens to horses in that state...needless to say he refused my attention and for some reason decided on an ambulance instead....

he got the next worst thing for him....because we were out in the sticks a bit...the air ambulance came..and he's mortally afraid of flying ::smthg:: ::smthg:: ::smthg:: ::smthg:: 

so they gave him a nice happy jab...after which i doubt he would have cared if they had arrived in a space shuttle......last I saw of him that day was all wrapped up on the stretcher...with a big stupid grin on his face.....took him weeks to get mobile again....
