The woman reported the alleged attack by the ex-Tory MP to police 45 years after the event when cops opened probe into an alleged historic VIP paedophile ring
A woman has told how she was brutally raped on a blind date by a man who became a Tory Cabinet Minister.
She claims the attacker lured her into his flat on a pretence.
There, to her horror, he double-locked the front door and her terrifying ordeal began, the woman has told the Sunday People and the investigative website Exaro.
She locked herself in the bathroom but he kicked and banged on the door until she came out.
When the woman, then only 19, eventually opened the door he led her to his bedroom “like a lamb to the slaughter”, she says.
She claims the man – who went on to become a Conservative MP before rising to national prominence in the Tory party – raped her on his bed.

How on earth do so many of these things never seem to proceed to people being brought to trial or the police issuing a statement that it wasn't followed up and give the reasons why?

How can you prove a rape after 45 years? There won't be a single shred of evidence!
This is why I believe a lot of these BBC paedos have got away with it lately.

Is this another McAlpine smear Bru because you are trailing in popularity??

I don't doubt that our MPs on both sides of the house have much to hide though why you should think it is just Tories.

Indeed judging by most of the stories we have heard over the pas 40 years it's mainly the Liberals with much to hide. e.g.Cyril Smith Jeremy Thorpe etc etc.
