A worthy winner of one of several awards to young people in the USA. Well done lass.
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - Mariah Gullatte, who represented the Alabama Cooperative Extension System's Health Rocks Initiative as a spokesperson in Washington, D.C., in January 2014, has been named the April 2014 Star 99.1-CAFY Young Citizen. She will officially receive the award at the beginning of the Huntsville City Council meeting on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 6 p.m. The City Council meets at 308 Fountain Circle in Huntsville in the ground floor council room.
