Unless some sort of huge voting machine malfunction occurs, the Dems have won both Senate seats in Georgia, giving them a 50-50 tie in the Senate. The VP breaks all ties so the Senate will be run by the democrats, giving Biden the green light to do pretty much what he pleases.

Donald Trump and his crazy train sycophants have managed to ruin the Republican brand for a few years.

Independents just couldn't handle the crazy that has engulfed portions of the party.

Correct on all points. The Ossoff/Perdue election is not final yet, however the Democrat is winning in a close race.

As the day wears on, Ossoff (Democrat) is still leading, with fewer and fewer votes left to be counted. However, those left are from largely Democratic strongholds around Atlanta and Savannah, with the caveat that the overseas military vote (usually weighted Republican) is still open.

Democrat Jon Ossoff will win his Senate race in Georgia, CNN projects.

His win means Democrats will have control of the Senate. With Ossoff and Raphael Warnock's wins over Georgia's two incumbent GOP senators, there will be a 50-50 split in the Senate.

Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, also a Democrat, will cast any tie-breaking votes.

So, the Democrats hold both houses, and the White House. Maybe now we can have open votes for judges, no paralysis in government, and healthcare for all.
