I came home from hospital last night.On the 9th 0f August I fell down the stairs, from top to bottom! Broke 3 ribs ,Shoulder and Collor bone.Doctor says about 6 Weeks before all movement returns. Have loss of Bladder control as well ,have to wear a pad and "stretch knickers" to hold pad in place, really pissed off now,[see the joke ?] I'm knackerd now, See you later !

Glad to hear that you are on the mend though, and hope the pain subsides sooner rather than later. What an accident to happen. No half measures there Sad

Terrible bad luck Nicko... I fell off my bike once and cracked a couple of ribs... Very painful for weeks...


Just doing the basic stuff like moving around, standing up/sitting down was real painful... Sleeping was difficult cos the pain woke me up every time I moved while asleep...


And sneezing was agony...


Take it real easy for 2-3 weeks and get some good painkillers...
