And Regressive Woke lawyer of the year. Goes to - B.C. Brazilian waxing case a step backward for trans human rights cases, says lawyer
Human Rights Tribunal ruled complainant had racist motives.
A B.C. human rights lawyer who specializes in the rights of trans people says a recent B.C. human rights tribunal decision, which found a trans woman was not discriminated against when denied Brazilian-waxing services, is a step backward for trans people and an example of their need for pro-bono and “low-bono” legal services.
Adrienne Smith is a Vancouver lawyer whose practice mostly consists of drug policy and human rights cases including name changes, gender-change applications, employment, access to services and other matters affecting trans people. Smith says the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal had a recent record of wins for the trans community.
“This case really overturns that process. And I think it does so because the applicant didn't have the benefit of counsel, which highlights the whole problem of Legal Aid funding for human rights matters in British Columbia and arguably across the country,” they say.

Yes you heard it here first folks. The award was easy to decide.
Based on a lawyer now claiming that a trans woman, with hairy balls and a dick. Who's defeat in a case where this trans woman was rightly deemed to be racist. Was a step backwards in the direction of trans rights?
That clearly to this lawyer, trans rights have to superscede not only minority racial groups, but also bio females. Because a judge ruling that a number of asian and latino woman were targeted and racially discriminated against. Becuase as females they refused to wax someones hairy bollocks. Is somehow a step backwards for trans rights.
How is this a step backwwards, unless this person believes the "demands" of a trans woman (who is a sexual predator). To have their bollocks have a brazillian wax. (Which is impossible to do on bollocks). Should have won her case here claiming that the trans woman was being discriminated against here? I mean seriously. This means she believes the transwoman was discriminated against for not being provided with a method of waxing never provided to male genitals. Over that of the targeted racism and sexism the asian and latino females suffered. Even worse that all these females should be forced to touch someones bollocks.
You cannot make this up how insane the pursuit of inequality and eradication of science. Is being driven by such irrational thinking
Are people not truely seeing the madness here?
