Not before, because the vast majority with gender dysphoria desist from this by the time they reach puberty. Hence placing many on puberty blockers before 18, is maintaining them at a sexually and mentally immature level.Wew also do not know the long term effects of this and its madness, when many would normally desist through puberty. They are basically experimenting on children who many will end up being unable to have children due to the treatement.

I fear in the future we are going to see countless law suits with the current "gender affirming" of children. Where gay conversion is going to rightly be banned in the Uk. Its going to be allowed through the back door, with "gender affirming therapy" with disastreous later results.
