If you have never heard of her, then you are living under a rock and are as learned and knowledgeable as a shredded wheat biscuit.
EVERYONE, from Presidents, Prime Ministers and the Pope know her and have met her.

It is better for the uneducated and dullards in society to conduct their own own research, especially on one of the 100 most influential people on the planet, but here is a helping hand.
