He does this a lot apparently and says its because bills should be done properly, yet he doesn't block private members bills introduced by his friends. He should be deselected, that's what I would call for if he was my M.P.

I'm not a party member but no, it obviously it doesn't. I would have thought that the reactions of Javid, Hancock and Goldsmith, etc. more than outweighed Chopes's obsessive, abusive and ridiculous use of this arcane procedure, and I would hope that Parliamentary time will be found to amend the regulation that permits it.

You, for your part, appear determined to scrabble around any convenient dustbin in your own obsessive efforts to blame ordinary Conservatives for every perceived wrongdoing.
