Burka's Empty Burka's

A motor Cyclist In Blackburn put petrol in his tank, at the adjacent pump a woman ? in a Burka finished filling her tank, she went in the garage to pay. Still wearing the Burka she was served, the Motor Cyclist thought i'll see what happens here, he went to pay and was told to remove his Helmet ! The Garage was the Archway Garage Blackburn. What is going on in our Country ?Link was Facebook.
