The Trump Foundation just got sued.
Oh dear.
Law suits being fired at him on all fronts.
No wonder he is pallying up to Putin and Kim Wrong Un, as there is no extradition if he seeks asylum in either country.
I saw this on the BBC and thought you should see it:
New York sues Trump Foundation, alleging 'extensive' lawbreaking - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-44486250

Hahaha, Nicko.
You are too dull to formulate a reasoned and articulate response to the pillioring your hero is receiving.
He has no chance of receiving a Nobeprize.
The only thing Trumpeter will be getting is some Orange overalls to match his hair and complexion and a lengthy sentence.l

Re: The Trump Foundation just got sued.
Trump has been using his charitable trust as a second bank account for years. He encourages organizations and people to contribute, and then buys things like a self-portrait to hang in his hotel lobby:
It is patently illegal, but often ignored by authorities. This new NYAG appears to want to move the law forward, unlike Eric Schneiderman.
During the Iowa election run-up, Trump ignored the debates and held a collection for medical expenses to go to wounded veterans. Yep, you guessed it. Instead of distributing the millions he collected for the vets, he used to money to pay for the campaign and for attorney's fees for his crimes!
He also used the Trust funds to pay off politicians...like Florida attorney general Pam Bondi not to join the suit over his Trump University fraud. https://www.democracynow.org/2016/9/6/headlines/did_trump_pay_off_fl_attorney_general_to_avoid_investigation_of_trump_u Trump even paid a fine to the Internal Revenue Service for that one. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/09/01/trump-pays-irs-a-penalty-for-his-foundation-violating-rules-with-gift-to-florida-attorney-general/?utm_term=.9120a39d8c56
Trump has said he will not "settle" this lawsuit. But, in fact no one will settle this one, including the state of New York. The suit calls for injunctive relief (cannot engage in charitable trust for 10-years), which would not be included in any settlement. Consequently, the case must move forward past a trial in order to get a judicial order granting the injunctive relief.

The Washington Post wrote:Donald Trump paid the IRS a $2,500 penalty this year, an official at Trump's company said, after it was revealed that Trump's charitable foundation had violated tax laws by giving a political contribution to a campaign group connected to Florida's attorney general.
The improper donation, a $25,000 gift from the Donald J. Trump Foundation, was made in 2013. At the time, Attorney General Pam Bondi was considering whether to investigate fraud allegations against Trump University. She decided not to pursue the case.
