Junk food firms fail miserably to meet a sugar-reduction target set by the Government to cut child obesity

[*]Retailers and manufacturers were told to cut 5% sugar by August last year
[*]Retailers' own and manufacturer brands only cut sugar by 2% per 100g
[*]Aim is to cut 20% of sugar from a range of products by 2020 to combat obesity
[*]A third of children are overweight by the time they leave primary school
