Those are two of the most stupid things you've ever said, and that's saying something.

Re: Oestrogen mimicking chemical found in 86% of teens
Maybe you could tell us what 'oestrogen hormone therapy' is used for, with regards to men wanting to 'transgender' into becoming 'women'...?
And then explain why male children/teens wouldn't be susceptible to similar effects from this oestrogen type chemical... if not even more susceptible as the young body is to effects of numerous other chemicals...!?
And while we're at it... maybe you could tell us what effects this chemical might have on girls/women...?

it depends, it would need to be studied
generally there is a threshold that a body will adapt to, so in low quantities it could cause an increase in testosterone production to counter it. like how oestrogen production is boosted in body builders that take steroids for too long.
to be honest I doubt it has much effect when we consider the about of hormones used in food production

Gay men don't aspire to be women. They are males who are attracted to other males. They don't want to be female.
Transgender or transsexuals take female hormone therapy to have more female physical traits.

Fertility problems, breast enlargement and erectile dysfunction are among the signs and symptoms that might signal a high oestrogen level in a man. Certain medications, such as oestrogen-like compounds used to treat prostate cancer, may cause this problem. Unintended exposure to creams or other products containing oestrogen can also cause breast growth, as shown in a study published in the April 2000 issue of "Pediatrics." The researchers reported that prepubertal boys accidentally exposed to oestrogen-containing cream experienced high oestrogen levels and gynecomastia. In most cases, once the source of oestrogen is removed, the breasts return to normal size.

Oestrogen is stored in body fat. Fat contains aromatase which converts testosterone to oestrogen. Fat also stores estradiol. Both these factors lead to increased oestrogen levels in men. Bearing in mind that men these days are probably carrying more weight then say, 50 years ago, it might be cause of the increase in oestrogen in boys and young men. As men age, their oestrogen levels increase.
Also, there are increased levels of hormones in our food chain.

There are bigger sources of stray oestragen in the environment than BPA plastics...
Just a couple of more common sources :
* Female hormones from birth-control pills excreted from the body and flushed down and through sewerage systems every day of the week;
* Female hormones are still being fed to poultry in many places; (even though they have been phased out in use on many farms in Oz, the USA and around Europe in recent years, a lot of greedy/lazy/"don't care" producers will still be using them.).

Re: Oestrogen mimicking chemical found in 86% of teens
This is not oestrogen though...
Although it (as well as real oestrogen ingested through contamination of water supply etc as Wolfie pointed out) could well be the cause of many problems/unnatural/undesirable effects... the possibilities are all of which that HT mentions above...!
Including the weight gain... where these high levels are then found to be stored there in the fat...!
I was reading a web site by medical specialists in transgender oestrogen hormone treatment which detailed the changes one would expect to experience from being administered the oestrogen hormone... and weight gain was one of the effects... plus 'boobs'...!
