They should have handcuffed the arrogant bitch to the fence,   and left her there for a few hours, until the police were available to cart her away and charge her for obstruction...

A similar incident happened down south a few weeks ago,  when some businessman attempted to deny access for an ambulance and crew through his property..

I don't how how some people can get so far into their lives, and even appear to be holding down halfway-decent jobs, and yet remain so stupidly ignorant in regard to statutory access rights for police and emergency services.
