‘Time to Drain the European Swamp’- Geert Wilders Brings Populist Uprising to Life
Geert Wilders, Dutch politician and anti-Islam figurehead, has begun to rally a peaceful revolution against EU authoritarianism and the Islamization of Europe, penning a new declaration titled, "Time to Drain the Swamp - Also In Europe."
In his piece, Wilders denounces corrupt establishment reign across the continent, and calls upon Europeans to take to the streets en masse, echoing sentiments he expressed weeks ago after being banned from touring the Belgian 'no-go zone' of Molenbeek, which he announced was "the last straw," warning that "the gloves are off."
He and his Party For Freedom (PVV) are organizing a large demonstration in Rotterdam for January 20, which could be the first of many in the Netherlands and throughout Europe.
Citing the growing divide between Western and Central-Eastern Europe, which have split along the fault line of mass immigration and open borders, Wilders refers to 1989's 'Velvet Revolution' in Czechoslovakia as a model for what he feels must take place in order for Europeans to 'reconquer' their nations.
"We, in Western Europe, can learn lessons from the Velvet Revolution in the East," Wilders asserts. "We, too, urgently need to make clear that enough is enough. In Western Europe, too, it is time to drain the swamp and to drive the elites from power. Peaceful and democratic, but thorough."
"We have to make our so-called democratic systems truly democratic again. The political actors should no longer be the professional politicians alone. The crisis is existential. It is time for every man and woman to do his and her duty. Because the survival of our nations itself is at stake."
Wilders is the founder and leader of the PVV, which continues to grow in power in Dutch parliament, where it is now the second-largest party.
Despite this fact, PVV was ignored in the formation of the country's current governing coalition, which consists of four other parties, and was designed to box out PVV, despite their popularity with the people. Wilders uses this example to demonstrate that the political elites are growing evermore desperate to hold on to their diminishing vestiges of power, as the mounting backlash is felt across the West through elections and referendum votes that increasingly represent a wholesale rejection of globalism and the status quo.
"We, too, have to make it very clear that we no longer want to take part in the madness of leaders, who sell out their country to the EU institutions in Brussels, and the madness of the EU elites, who sell out our continent to mass-immigration and Islam," Wilders says. "That is why the PVV will demonstrate in the streets of Rotterdam on January 20th."
"We need to show that Europe's streets are our streets, that we want to stay who and what we are, and do not want to be colonized by Islam. Europe belongs to us!"

Dear old Geert better watch his back...
Those Dutch 'farmers' are doing so well out of their EU subsidy deals, that they're likely to bump him off themselves, and feed him to their pigs...

Some of what you’re smoking please wolfie. Europe needs to deal with its radical Islam problem and fast, no amount of bleating from down under will change that fact.

And you reckon setting your neo-nazi friends onto a bunch of intolerant, authoritarian, conservative-minded Islamist punks is the solution..
As if Europe didn't learn anything at all from letting the Nazis run wild during the 1930s and '40s..
In this case "radicalised" Muslims doesn't mean left-leaning, but rather 'a jump to the right'.
And you want to see civil wars breaking out between ultra-conservative fascist/neo-nazi fruitloops and ultra-conservative Islamist nutjobs ???
Kosovo all over again, but more than twenty times bigger..
