Commonwealth Games swimmer raped woman who was 'passed around' by a member of Team GB Olympic team, court hears
A Commonwealth Games swimmer raped a woman who was "passed" on by a fellow athlete from the Team GB Olympic team, a court heard on Thursday. Otto Putland, 23, is accused of getting into bed with the 19-year-old student after she had consensual sex with his best friend Ieuan Lloyd. The student said she slept with Mr Lloyd, who swam for Britain in both the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic games, after bumping into him at a nightclub.
But she claimed he then "abandoned" her and welcomed his friend Putland into the bedroom, before switching off the bedroom light and closing the door behind him.

There is a load of things that simple do not add up on this. Needs to be read right through to see if others think the same.

Like most rape cases, especially when time has passed since the event, its one persons word against another.
From reading that report it doesn't seem as if the girl has much evidence to back her allegation up.
Had the text she allegedly sent to her friend been found that would have helped.
I'm betting lots of booze had been drunk, especially if she passed out soon after the second lad had sex with her. She then says he also had sex whilst she was passed out.
She says she said NO.....he says she didn't object till the sex started, and he then stopped..... depends who the jury believe if no other evidence is produced.

I do hope this isn't another one of those cry rape when the might've changed her mind in the morning.
If he's guilty he should go to prison, if she.s lying, then she should go to prison.
