Kim Jon Un and Trump.
Hypothetical question.
Would the assassination of Kim and Trump be justified if it prevented a nuclear war between the 2 nations?

Re: Kim Jon Un and Trump.
yes, but it wouldn't necessarily stop it.
NK is too close now, and from past history cannot be trusted.
even if USA was to back off, SK and Japan would not just allow Kim to have them.
also the USA is unlikely to back off cause it sort of wants a war to justify another military base in Asia to oppress/contain china.
NK has no friends left so we could finish this now with nukes on Pyongyang, which would obviously have a civilian death toll it would be the lowest loss of life of any realistic military scenario

1) Agreed
2) Partially agree, with the part about Japan and SK
3) Gibberish, as they have no need of any further bases in Asia. No idea where you get that nonsense
4) Yes they do have friends left, namely China, who has already stated. It would not stand in the way American force if they are attacked first. However they would protect NK if attacked first.
5) If either were assassinated it would likely more than anything actually start a war

Re: Kim Jon Un and Trump.
if you blew Pyongyang and a couple of other places in NK off the map, I doubt there'd be much capacity for war since 90% of the command chain and those that benefit from the regime got turned to ash.
And China is Not NK's friend anymore. there is a chance it will invade NK to prevent the USA doing so, because the USA has been so obvious about it's wish to 'contain china' (which is why it wants another base and has been increasing he size of all it's existing bases in Asia )
trump even promised it in his campaign

1) Highly unlikely, as NK has one of the deepest metro system in the World. What you would need to do is take out its offensive military capabilities.
2) China has already gone on record to say they will look to protect NK, if attacked. It will however not stand in the way of the US and allies if attacked. China is the reason NK still functions, as it provides most of the natural resources and food it needs to sustain itself. To say they are not friends is simple incorrect.
3) Again gibberish about wanting another base, when it has no need of another base, when it has bases in Japan, SK, Guam to name a few. All you are doing is making an unsubstantiated paranoid claim, that the US is in some proxy war with China. When both need each other to function economically.
If you use Trump as your example, well that says it all really, when he has failed to carry out a multitude of claims he has made.

Re: Kim Jon Un and Trump.
China didn't hesitate for too long before invading Tibet during the 1950s, and toppling their gov't in 1959...
Would anyone be complaining too loudly if China decided to replace N.K.'s current military dictatorship..
Especially if they were to then later help facilitate the reunification with democratic South Korea in a few years time ?

China would be the lesser evil in that instance Wolf, though still very much under a totalitarian system, that abuses Human rights. I imagine they would set up a more sensible North Korean leader/government in its place.
Who knows
