The trailer for Neil deGrasse Tyson's Cosmos

Long ago (in 1980), a pop scientist known as Carl Sagan had an extraordinarily successful and educational TV show known as Cosmos: A Personal Voyage. In Cosmos, Sagan explained, in accessible language, various facts and conditions about the universe we live in, and consequently became one of the most beloved scientists on the planet.
In many ways, Neil deGrasse Tyson has played the role of Sagan's successor for years, putting a presentable and charismatic face on accessible science. Now, Tyson is set to make that official as the host of the sequel to the original Cosmos, this time titled Cosmos: A Space-Time Odyssey.
