New categories and layout

Hello,
In an attempt to maintain a balance of offerings on many different topics and to make new items more noticeable, several categories have been expanded and one new category has been created.
You'll notice that Politics - Anglosphere has three subcategories now, one for each geographic pair of major English-speaking countries.
Under news, U.K. General News has been stripped of "crimes" because a new category dedicated to reporting U.K. crime has been created -- please put all new U.K. crime posts there.
