Okay, of which i agree, but the parameters can be different here.
What if as there has been many times before a sniper has in his sights, or a drone has ISIS soldiers about to execute prisoners. Here though we have a ISIS child soldier preparing to execute a prisoner. As has been shown to the fact he has already done so?
Would you shoot the child, or allow the prisoner to be executed?
The law on this, is very grey under international law
