[*]17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder tonight

[*]Earlier police released CCTV footage in their appeal for a 'clearly dangerous' suspect but it is not clear whether the person in the video has been arrested


A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack on a woman that left her with 'horrific' life-threatening injuries. The woman, aged in her 20s is believed to have been attacked at around 11.40pm on Monday in Victoria Park, Leicester, and remains in a critical condition, police said.
The teenager was held on Tuesday evening and taken into custody for questioning by detectives.
Earlier police released CCTV footage in their appeal for a 'clearly dangerous' suspect. It is not clear whether the person in the video has been arrested.

And raped...

Apparantly there is a lot of talk on social media about this attack... that the police are saying people should stop as it isnt helpful...

In other words they mean that they would like to hide the details from the public... I wonder why...!?
