The said hoard should be given equally to charities all over the world, so some good, if that's the right word, can come out of the shit that he created in the world.

It should go back to the people they stole it from where possilbe, if not, to their descendants.

Israel still gets compensation doesn't it? I don't think it should be sent to a specific charity anyway. If it can be established where it came from, it might be possible to return it - if it exists.
Let's not forget that a lot of people died on that ship.
