Trump's Parade of Pussy
Fox News wrote:Trump holds pre-debate press conference with Bill Clinton accusers
Donald Trump concluded his Sunday night “debate prep” by hosting a press conference with women who have accused former President Bill Clinton of sexual assault or rape.
Trump, the Republican presidential nominee mired in a scandal over lewd, 11-year-old hot mic comments leaked on Friday, posted video of the press conference held in St. Louis, Mo. to his Facebook page less than 90 minutes before the second presidential debate was due to begin.
He was flanked by Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey and Juanita Broaddrick, who have each previously accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. Some have also accused Hillary Clinton of intimidating them.
“Actions speak louder than words,” Broaddrick said. “Mr. Trump may have said some bad words but Bill Clinton raped me and Hillary Clinton threatened me. I don’t think there’s any comparison.”
Also present was Kathy Shelton. Hillary Clinton defended the man who raped a then 12-year-old Shelton in 1975.
“Hillary put me through something that you would never put a 12 year old through,” Shelton said. “And she says she’s for women and children.”
Trump said little outside of introducing the four women.
“These four very courageous women have asked to be here and it was our honor to help them,” Trump said.
When a member of the media attempted shouting a question at Trump near the end of the video, about whether he felt he was entitled to touch women inappropriately because he was famous, Jones responded: “Why don’t y’all ask Bill Clinton that?”
Hillary for America Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri responded to the Trump press conference in a statement.
“We’re not surprised to see Donald Trump continue his destructive race to the bottom," the statement said. "Hillary Clinton understands the opportunity in this town hall is to talk to voters on stage and in the audience about the issues that matter to them, and this stunt doesn’t change that. If Donald Trump doesn’t see that, that’s his loss. As always, she’s prepared to handle whatever Donald Trump throws her way.”
Audio of Trump and then-Access Hollywood host Billy Bush talking on a hot mic in 2005 was unearthed on Friday, showing the GOP nominee bragging about trying to sleep with a married woman and making lewd references to female genitalia.
Trump apologized for the remarks in a video on Friday night, however, numerous Republicans have either un-endorsed Trump or called for him to step down as the party's nominee.
Trump had previously suggested he could make Bill Clinton's history with women a topic in the first debate, but he ultimately demurred, he said later because Clinton's daughter, Chelsea, was in the audience. Trump signaled throughout the weekend, however, that the sex assault claims against Clinton would be back on the table for Sunday's debate.
Gives new meaning to 'grabbing a handful of pussy'.
Donald Trump doesn't give a sheet about feminism or women's rights. He's using one woman against another. This was a blatant attempt at shaming, a tactic of bullies. The clear message is, Hillary cannot satisfy a man.
It's a tactic that plays right into a sexist bully's hands. Women exist to please a man; if they cannot, they should be discarded on the trash heap of humanity.
Now we've got four women here...who want's some pussy? We're all gonna get laid!!!

No, there's no proof that Bill Clinton raped anyone. Donald "pussy-grabber" Trump not only sexually assaulted multiple women, but admitted it to Billy Bush on the Access Hollywood clip. An admission of guilt is deemed a presumption as to the truth of the matter in a court of law.

Yes. Kristen Anderson:
Donald "pussy-grabber" Trump denied the accusation, but offers only his taste in women as a defense: Take a look at her; would I go for that? I don't know...since he raised the issue, is she worse than Melania? I don't think so.

Okay thanks. I'm not saying it isn't possible just wanted to make sure it wasn't simply hearsay.
Is she credible?

Donald "pussy-grabber" Trump admits that the New York night club in question was one that he haunted. The club confirms it. Donald has defended by making two weak arguments: (1) he says he is never alone; and (2) her looks.
As to the first, who said he was alone? As to the second, is Ms. Anderson any worse than Melania, whom he married?

Re: Trump's Parade of Pussy
Well the whole "she isn't good-looking enough" argument is a moot point in my opinion since beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I'm not about to get into that.
Do I believe that a rich and powerful man thinks he can grab women and sees them as meat? Absolutely!
And that goes for Bill Clinton too.

But Donald is...he makes it a part of his defense. That's the point of the matter. He thinks his taste is ironclad evidence, universally held, that beauty is not in the eye of the beholder, but absolute. What is more audacious, he is saying that women are objects, and they should be judged solely by looks...and incidentally (he adds), this one is too ugly for a stud like me. He thinks that's a valid argument in his defense.

But you have switched the question, away from truth, and over onto what you believe. Yes, I believe you believe that about human nature. But it doesn't lend any clarity to the precise question of veracity in this case. With Donald 'I can't stop kissin 'em" Trump, you have several accusers giving clear, detailed narratives of consistent Trump behavior...and it is confirmed by a clear, unequivocal admission not only as to his sexually predatory nature, but as to specific practices, to wit: pussy-grabbing.
I've prosecuted criminal cases, but I've never had one this easy.

I've just bumped up my "Trump's get outta jail card" thread for you to review. I also added some to it in a post between HA and me. Read the thread first, and I'll look around to see if I saved the second post.
I believe Trump is running to make of himself, someone too big and political to prosecute. Read away and I'll hunt down the second post.

Re: Trump's Parade of Pussy
Here is the other exchange, between HA and myself, about whether Trump can get away:
Very interesting questions in America. Is there a point at which the political overcomes the criminal?
Throughout history we have always thought of ourselves as a nation of laws. Supposedly, that's the highest standard. Its so ingrained that a popular TV series used to have its star quip: If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. It's automatic, we were led to believe. Now, we are beginning to have cause to question that.
What has come out of the economic almost-depression of October 2008, is that there are people and institutions that are simply too big to fall. Sometime after that experience, people started noticing that law wasn't necessarily paramount, and that's when I believe Donald Trump saw the way to salvation.
I think Trump's tax returns will show that he is a toom-tabard...an empty coat. That's why he won't release the tax returns. Looking over at Benard Madoff and others who went down, he realized he was vulnerable. Banks may be insulated, but not necessarily persons. On the other hand, he looked over at Richard Cheney and saw that the same heavy insulation went for politicos, who could become too big to fail. Trump then concocted a plan to make himself too big to fail...make himself his party's nominee for president.
Let me give you a key to understanding a simple psychotic like Trump: where he criticizes others, he is vulnerable himself. He's a two-dimensional being...feel the hurt, deliver the same hurt. What has he been attacking Hillary on? Going to jail, right? No evidence of wrongdoing (the Director of the FBI confirms), but Trump has cast Hillary in a script that he himself fears. He's quite autobiographical in that sense. It’s transferred intent. He's revealing his entire motive in his scorched earth strategy.
But, you ask, will he be successful? The question is the same one he is asking. Are America's legal institutions strong enough to overcome the 'too big to fail' syndrome. First, Donald has to overcome his cult status--cult figures are always identifiable, and hence vulnerable. Bank presidents usually hide behind anonymity for that reason.
Second, and more importantly, Donald (like the banks) is pitting himself against the institution of law. The jury of popular opinion will ultimately decide. We had but to rattle chains and Nixon went down...but it returned by Republicans and a faux case against Bill Clinton. (And they are trying the same faux stuff against Hillary.) Americans will have to decide whether a system of laws, or a cult figure situation, will prevail. The one thing I have to criticize Dr. Obama for is he timidly ducked this question with Cheney, and only left it for the next generation to decide.
Handy Andy wrote:As an aside Quill, after Trump loses, does he become a commoner again, subject to all the laws of the land, and not offered the protection he gets as a candidate or President?
My second question follows on - will the US taxman come after him, or worse, the FBI for sex crimes.
