Colour Of Names
Ok, somebody brought this to my attention yesterday.
Sometimes, when you go in to let's say the UK News Section (that's pretty much the only one worth going to) and look at the last poster, the colour can be green, or blue, or dark blue.
What's the meaning?

Dark blue is Admin, light blue normal posters and green I assume is when you've clicked on a posters profile maybe?

Re: Colour Of Names
Nope that is not it, as I have not been to anyone's profile. I can see at the bottom of the main page myself, Eilzel, allakaka, Quill and big Andy are in green whilst the rest in light blue, yet when I asked Andy he said his name was in light blue and that Sassy was green, so this is a total mystery to me, do other posters see any others in green and the ones I mentioned in light blue?

I thought at one stage that green names might have been recent posters, as opposed to those who are just browsing...
But no, now I'm not so sure, again..
I thought that too Bee at first, but it did not add up when I had not been posting, I even thought it might be in regards to posters you debate most, but that does not add up either, still nothing like a good mystery to keep us all guessing.

Pretty sure Spindle is right but I have noticed it plays up sometimes.

Re: Colour Of Names
I've been toying around with the color scheme a bit today -- let me know if anything looks weird, please.
Re: Colour Of Names
It does, everything navy blue, it was turquoise a while ago. Looks a bit dull in navy.

Re: Colour Of Names
I like navy! OK, let me try something else -- mind you, I think darker is more readable ...

Re: Colour Of Names
I know, I keep playing around with it I kind of like this latest, a bright blue for unread links and a darker purple for threads you've read/links you've clicked. Feedback?
Re: Colour Of Names
Looks quite stately, but have to confess I like bright colours, they are cheerful. But your board, your choice. Mind you, always think of revolution in terms of bright colours and the establishment as dark.

Don't know if I'd want an animated one, but a regular background might be nice! Especially since it would let us spruce up from time to time

They are all light blue for normal, with dark navy for admin and mods on my screen. Nothing else.

No, this has nothing to do with the original question.
Anybody have an answer?
