Two prison officers seriously injured.
This follows the walk out on Friday over health and safety concerns.

Two prison officers were "seriously injured" and taken to hospital after an attack by inmates at Wormwood Scrubs in west London.
The Prison Officers' Association (POA) said the officers were attacked while on duty on Sunday morning.
About 50 members of staff walked out for a day on Friday, citing health and safety concerns after recent attacks on staff.
The Ministry of Justice has yet to comment.
Mike Rolfe, national chairman elect of the Prison Officers' Association, said: "The POA can confirm two prison officers have been seriously injured whilst performing their duties at Wormwood Scrubs.
"Both members of staff were badly assaulted by prisoners on the wing and have been taken to hospital."
Further walkouts
The union said it is still seriously concerned about staff safety at the prison and said individuals may stage further walkouts.
Wormwood Scrubs, located in Hammersmith and Fulham, was built between 1875 and 1891.
It is a Category B prison and holds around 1,200 men.
Previously, the POA had said the jail was "flooded with drugs, mobile phones and weapons".

A friend of mine has a daughter who wants to be a prison officer. God know why!
I sound very sexist but I've often thought it's not a very safe job for a woman.

It's not. Especially in a male prison. It's scary enough just going into a prison 

All prisons should be like the Army one at Aldershot, run by pt instructors,

Too expensive. The prisons, like the fire service will soon be in the hands of the PCC. They will be on such tight budgets that they will pay peanuts and so employ monkeys.

It wouldn't be too expensive if all the comforts of home were done away with!

Maybe we should utilize the army in this way??

Wouldn't happen. The only thing stopping PCOs being killed is mollifying the inmates with all the comforts of home.

Do we have enough army to spare though?
