Why the slow response?

Every morning for the past two weeks, it's wait, wait, wait...
Wait for sections to open.
Wait for threads to open.
Wait for typing to appear.
Wait for send to appear.
Wait for post to happen.
Wait for post to appear.
Each lag is from 10 to 55-seconds. At first I thought it was forumotion, but it doesn't seem to happen on other sites.

I have had problems here in the past that hasn't affected other forums, but lately (fingers crossed) this site has been fine for me.

I think Ben may have to go and update via Forumotion. Every so often they update and then all forums have to update.
