Curry house chef prepared food after wiping his bottom with his bare hands because he doesn't use toilet paper for 'cultural reasons'

takeaway chef wiped his bottom using his hands before preparing food because he does not use toilet paper for 'cultural reasons', a court heard.

Mahbub Chowdhury, 46, from Swindon, was found to have a filthy bottle in the kitchen of Yeahya Flavour of Asia, which inspectors concluded was covered in faecal matter.

When questioned, he said he filled the empty milk bottle with water from the kitchen taps before using it to clean his backside after going to the toilet.

Chowdhury prepared meat and fish curries at the takeaway, which was run out of a rented kitchen at the Nine Elms pub.



That's going to put a lot of people off eating in Indian restaurants, I bet!

Aaaaand people often wonder why - WHY there aren't any hidden camera's in our American chef's kitchens???  But the owners will place many around where the condiments/fresh food and frozen provisions are kept --- stealing is far more important then health standards! 

From this  to this   it all comes with the 'JOB' but some many are not as astute as Chef Ramsey about clean standards and hand washing!

one reason I wont eat in the filthy places....these practices have been known for a number of years...

I will NOT buy pre prepared food from any place that employs THEM...if I can help it....

but I supopose some lefty sycophant is going to come running along telling me I should knowingly risk food potentially serious poisoning....becasue its only a few...

No idea and I was pretty shocked to find out that there weren't --- a friend installs security cameras and updates the electronic equipment for a living; he's the one that informed us about that lack of observation. 

But for a sure fire indicator about a food service sanitary conditions --- #1 thing I've learned to do, go use the restroom and if it's filthy then vacate the establishment ASAP! Restaurants rarely build a separate restroom facility for 'employees only' and if the ONE is allowed to be so filthy --- RUN AWAY!

I believe this happened in Swindon, west of London. Though it might have happened in America, just as well. The fault is policing...I have reported unhealthy practices I have observed in restaurants. In Chinatown (Grant Ave.) San Francisco, you see a lot of health code violations.

Actually, Muslims don't wipe with the hand they eat with. They also shake your hand with the hand they eat with - if they offer you their arse-wipe hand I'd suggest they don't like you much.

At least their food is clean then.

You can still use paper and not wash your hands....I do bet a lot of people do that in food establishments. However, at least getting shit under your fingernails is minimised whereas using your hand on a shitty arse is not really 'cricket' is it? Our Indian take away has an open kitchen. You can see them working. Not that that means anything when it comes to cack under fingernails.
