The MAGIC OF SCARVES~~~ Be A Bird or A Butterfly...
scarves that will give you wings
By Inigo del Castillo

Kazakhstan-born, Melbourne-based designer Roza Khamitova has come up with a collection of scarves that will instantly give you wings. Sort of.
Khamitova’s scarves feature intricate and colourful motifs of various birds, including eagles, owls, and peacocks. Once you put one on as a shawl, the scarf creates an illusion of a pair of majestic wings. According to Khamitova, she hand-painted the designs herself then printed out the scarves using digital printing.
Her scarves are available in kid and adult sizes, with prices ranging from $38 to $82. You can head on over to her Etsy store ‘Shovava’ to see her collection.

Granada-based costume designer Alassie creates scarves, capes, and cloaks that will metamorphose you into a beautiful butterfly (minus the massive bug eyes and creepy antenna).
Her creations mimic different species of butterflies. Each one’s printed with realistic shapes and patterns, capturing the beauty of these insects. They’re light and airy too, making them perfect hiking accessories on a Spring day.
So love these beautiful scarves ~~~ and such beauty as wearable art is just amazing.

Oh they are just fantastic. Obsessed with butterflies anyway and they are so beautiful. Bet they cost a fortune!
PS, just noticed the price - wonder if she ever has a sale.

BTW, there are some fabulous photo's on the link...put the images are 'instragram' and won't allow me to copy them over via my method. But the one of the Monarch Butterfly in the woodlands is not only huge but OMG, blow me away gorgeous.

Indeed...and there's even more on the link but I couldn't get them to copy over; highly encrypted so I wasn't able to copy & paste. I thought that they'd make such marvelous sheers for any window --- wouldn't want the sun to bleach out that image but I'd sure put a couple in my bedroom window!

Works of art.
I love dreamkeeper clothes and scarves, they are not as elaborate but still beautiful and very wearable.
Welcome back 4 ever. x
