Proper training is needed.

Proper training? How about employing people with half a fucking brain and some compassion? The whole care home industry needs a serious shake up.

It appearz any Tom Dick and Abdul can have their own 'care home'.
My FIL was in one.
They employed a cook and within six months she was given the job of dishing out the medz from a secure trolley which she left open.

I am proud to say I got that lot sorted.

They are supposed to have NVQ or summut, but they will employ anyone, even usless bleeduz from across the sea who cannot speak our language very good.
