Disagree, if you allow people to get away with racism, they then think they and others will think they can be racist
Its wrong and lessons need to be taught that it is wrong.
I do not think they should go to jail, but they should suffer some financial penalty
He does need talking to also as the other bouncer did his job and just ushered them, which he should have done the same

I don't know that they are racist. The certainly used racial slurs, but they might have just been doing so because they wanted to piss him off. He was laughing anyway, and he called them tramps, which is a sexist slur.

Men - mixed ethnicity.

See, this is what happens. Someone puts something like that on You Tube or Facebook, and then they all come out of the woodwork. If the bloke really objected, he could have just gone to the police.

I wonder what his boss will think of him calling women "tramps" or "beak heads", whatever that means.

Don't get me wrong - the whole incident is hugely embarrassing to watch, but some of it is funny, especially the girl who threatens to put him on You Tube.

Yes some racist words were used, but the bouncer was also calling them names too.

In todays society it seems you can call anyone anything as long as colour or ethnicity is never mentioned.
