Palestinian territories rank as third lowest nation in children's access to justice
A report examined the ability of children to protect their own rights in 197 different countries. The Palestinian territories were ranked 195th in the world in a report published last week by the Child Rights International Network (CIRN) regarding how effectively and easily children can defend their rights and gain access to legal resources. The study by CRIN, a global children’s rights advocacy network, examined the ability children have to protect their rights in 197 different countries to try and create a basic guide for the international community and the UN on improving children's access to justice. The report included an examination into whether children had the ability to bring lawsuits over a violation of their rights, whether the international law of the child's right to be heard was upheld in national courts, and the level of legal resources made available to children.

Re: Palestinian territories rank as third lowest nation in children's access to justice
The Dodgy One is obviously talking about the CRIN report that just came out.
The reason why they are so low is the inhuman treatment they receive by Israeli and the fact they are under military law, are put in prison without trial and tortured and abused while in it.
This is the page on the Palestine Territories from it:
Palestinian Territory, Occupied
The Occupied Palestinian Territories consist of three non-contiguous areas: the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem. The Occupied Palestinian Territories are not an independent State, but operate a limited degree of self government in some parts under the Palestinian Authority, though the election of 2006 saw this divided between the Hamas governed Gaza Strip and the Fatah-run West Bank. In addition to the continuing violations committed by Israeli forces in the Occupied territories and the enormous harm caused by the occupation, both Palestinian factions have been accused of human rights abuses, including torture, arbitrary imprisonment and executions.
