Ten more Pakistani Muslim child rapists

Ten men have been found guilty of a range of serious sexual offences as part of an investigation into child sexual exploitation, mainly in Rochdale, with the majority happening between 2004 and 2008.

The following men have been convicted during two trials that have been held at Minshul Street Crown Court:

Afraz Ahmed (22/11/1982), of Oswald Street, Rochdale was found guilty of two counts of rape, two counts of conspiracy to rape, two counts of inciting sexual activity, five counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of Section 47 assault against five victims.

Choudhry Ikhalaq Hussain (born 12/09/1977), of Mayfield Terrace, Rochdale was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child, two counts of rape and one count of conspiracy to rape against one victim. He was convicted in his absence and is currently wanted by police. He is believed to be outside the United Kingdom.

Mahfuz Rahman (18/06/1986), of HMP Garth, pleaded guilty to three counts of Sexual Activity with a Child and was sentenced to five years and six months in prison at the beginning of trial.

Rehan Ali (born 10/12/1988), of Cleethorpes Avenue, Blackley was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of rape against one victim.

Kutab Miah (born 20/08/1980), of Ramsay Street, Rochdale was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of rape against one victim.

Mohammed Dauood (born 14/01/1978), of Leyland Road, Burnley was found guilty of three counts of rape, one count of sexual Activity with a child, one count of sexual assault and one count of Section 47 assault against two victims.

Abid Khan (born 06/12/1976), of Whitney Road, Liverpool was found guilty of three counts of sexual activity with a child against one victim.

Mohammed Zahid (born 06/09/1960), of Croxton Avenue, Rochdale was found guilty of one count of sexual activity with a child against one victim.

A man who cannot be named for legal reasons was found guilty of three counts of rape and attempted child abduction against three victims.

A 46-year-old man was found guilty of two counts of conspiracy to rape against one victim.

All men bar Iklaq Choudhry Hussain, who remains wanted, have been remanded to appear for sentencing on the Thursday 7 and Friday 8 April 2016.

The convictions relate to offences committed against eight victims who were aged between 13 and 23 at the time of the abuse.

I find what happened as disgusting as anyone else.  However, I do wish you would get your facts right.  They were not all white girls, a percentage of them were black.  What they did have in common was they they were all vunerable and easy to manipulate.   No way should it ever have been covered up, just as no gangs that groom children should ever be covered up.  It's a shame you don't talk about them as well.

A sickening gang of paedophiles have been sentenced to 107 years after members plotted to rape and abuse children in attacks which were streamed online.
Bristol Crown Court heard today how the members were "beyond human instinct and evil" before jailing them.
The seven paedophiles would travel across the UK to meet and carry out the horrifying attacks on vulnerable children - and when only one of them had access to a victim, the paedophiles would often watch the attacks which were broadcast on the internet.
In harrowing footage released by the National Crime Agency one of the gang, Matthew Standsfield, is seen being interviewed by investigators in November last year.
The video shows him being continually quizzed about allegations regarding the abuse of children, however he responds to each question with "no comment" with a blank expression on his face.
Known victims of the men include one baby, aged between three and seven months at the time of the abuse, a four-year-old boy and a boy aged between four and five.
In July 2013, Harsley performed a sexual act near a four-year-old boy, while Denham and Lisk watched through a video link to a hotel room at Heathrow Airport.

The gang, each aged between 31 and 51, includes three previously convicted sex offenders.

They are:
Adam Toms, 33, from Somerset, pleaded guilty to the rape of a child under 13, two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, administering a substance in order to carry out sexual activity, and taking, showing, possessing indecent images of children.
Toms received a 12-year sentence plus an extension of four years on licence.
The judge told him: "You have abused a baby and a little boy directly and are responsible for collecting and disseminating indecent images, which indirectly leads to the further abuse of children.
"What you did directly was serious in the extreme and although your conscience eventually prevailed above your lust there must still be a very significant sentence."

Adam Toms, 33  
Matthew Stansfield, 35, from Hampshire - a convicted sex offender - pleaded not guilty to two counts of conspiracy to rape a child under 13 but was convicted by a jury after trial.
He pleaded guilty to breaching a sex offenders' prevention order, and making and possessing indecent images of children.
Stansfield, who runs his own business, has a previous conviction from May last year for possessing child abuse images.
His chatroom names include "pervpo", "pompeylad1980", "mstans1980", "pervlad111", domtop1980" and "londonlad1980".
Stansfield received a 10-year sentence plus an extension of four years on licence.
The judge told him: "You have a long-standing and deeply entrenched longing for sexual experiences with children.
"I conclude that you are dangerous in that there is a significant risk of serious harm to others from the commission of further specified offences by you."

Matthew Stansfield , 35  
Christopher Knight, 35, from Manchester, pleaded guilty to the rape of a child under 13, two counts of conspiracy to rape a child under 13, two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, and taking, showing, possessing indecent images of children.
Knight used chatroom names including "smlad79" on Skype.
He received an 18-year sentence plus an extension of six years on licence.
The judge told him: "You were a leading light in the group plotting the sexual abuse of children. Your dark fantasies were prominent in recruiting some members of the group.
"You bear a heavy burden of responsibility for exciting perverted desires in others and for recruiting others into very serious conspiracies to rape. Your involvement in these matters is extensive and serious."

Chris Knight, 35  
Robin Hollyson, previously known as Robin Fallick, 31, from Bedfordshire - a convicted sex offender - pleaded guilty to three counts of rape of a child under 13.
Hollyson befriended a couple with a baby and was allowed to babysit. He then filmed the rape of the child and sent it to others. A copy of the film was recovered from co-accused John Denham's computer.
He also pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to rape a child under 13, sexual assault of a child under 13, and taking, showing, possessing indecent images of children and extreme pornography.
Hollyson received a 24-year prison sentence plus an extension of eight years on licence.
The judge told him: "You determined cruelly and callously to exploit a family and prey on their baby for your perverted sexual purposes.
"You were keen to involve others in your deviant sexual activity. You determined to share the abuse of the baby with other perverted men and to publish your corrupt sexual exploits in the darkest parts of cyberspace."

Robin Hollyson, 31  
David Harsley, 51, from East Yorkshire - a convicted sex offender -pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sexual activity with a child under 13.
The hospital worker befriended a "vulnerable" pregnant single woman.
He was looking after the boy, now aged four, and committed a sex act in front of the child while John Denham and Matthew Lisk watched over Skype from a hotel room.
Harsley was jailed for two years.
The judge told him: "A pre-sentence report assesses that you present a high risk of sexual recidivism and that the impact of further offending by you would be serious in the sense that it would be long-lasting and difficult or impossible to recover from."

David Harsley, 51  
John Denham, formerly known as Benjamin Harrop, 50, from Wiltshire, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to rape a child under 13 and was acquitted by a jury following trial
But he was convicted by a jury of one count of conspiracy to sexually assault a child under 13, and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to sexually assault a child under 13.
Denham, a former actor turned events manager, was in a hotel room with Matthew Lisk while Harsley was with the child.
Pleaded guilty to possessing, making and distributing indecent images of children and extreme pornography.
The married father of two used chatroom names including "jackharper007", "k9party", "lovethem2dontu", "ijustlovethem-uk", "babyf***er" and "dirtydeviluk".
Denham received an eight-year sentence plus an extension of four years on licence.
The judge told him: "You have shown a deeply disturbing sexual interest in the young. I am driven to the conclusion that you pose a significant risk to the young in future."

John Denham, 50, formally known as Benjamin Harrop  

Matthew Lisk, 33, from East Sussex, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sexual activity with a child under 13.
Lisk was in a hotel room with Denham while Harsley was with the child.
He also pleaded guilty to making, possessing and distributing indecent images of children.
Lisk received a four-year sentence plus an extension of three years on licence.
The judge told him: "The images you retained involved a very large amount of category A material.
"In over 11 years on the bench these are the worst abuse images I have seen among the tens of thousands I have considered it my duty to view."

The National Crime Agency launched its investigation, codenamed Operation Voicer, last September after Toms contacted police and admitted he had abused a child.
Their inquiries led to the unmasking of the ring operating across the UK, which had links to other paedophiles across the world.
In the weeks that followed, the other six members were arrested and a further two victims were identified.
Judge Julian Lambert said: "In the worst nightmare, from the very deepest recesses of the mind, at the darkest hour of the night, few can have imagined the terrifying depravity which you men admit.

"What you contemplated and what you did involved the most horrific abuse of a baby and very young children.
"Your thoughts and deeds are beyond human instinct and reason, and are evil beyond rational understanding.
"You men indulged yourselves in some of the most depraved and grossly deviant behaviour imaginable. The depth to which you sank is astounding and highly shocking to all decent people.

Bristol Crown Court: The gang were sentenced to 107 years, 78 of which will be served behind bars  
"What you did is contrary to all nature and humanity and you each appear to have a chilling tendency to centre the world on yourselves and your depraved desires without regard for the innocent and vulnerable.
"Your conduct is of deep concern to the public and people are outraged at what you have done. What you did provokes tears in many and makes others feel physically sick.
"Given the strength of public feeling I consider that retribution has a very large part to play in the sentencing exercise. This is no case for treatment and rehabilitation outside prison."

Hollyson received a 24-year prison sentence plus an extension of eight years on licence while Toms was jailed for 12 years plus an extension of four years on licence.

Knight was jailed for 18 years plus an extension of six years on licence and Stansfield received a 10-year prison sentence plus an extension of four years on licence.
Denham was jailed for eight years plus an extension of four years on licence.
Lisk was jailed for four years plus an extension of three years on licence and Harsley was jailed for two years.
The judge continued: "You each made choices. Those choices have proved catastrophic for you personally but that is of slight concern when compared with the devastating impact of your actions on the victims and their families.
"The material you viewed and the urges you excited in each other were matters of choice for you. You sought out the darkest materials on the internet and met in cyberspace to discuss your perverted sexual desires.

"You then planned the most shockingly sordid exploitation of the very young for sexual purposes. Targeting innocent children in that way is utterly abhorrent and is bound to receive condign punishment.
"The degraded and deplorable state into which you have rendered yourselves is pitiful but there is no room for mercy here.
"All sympathy and compassion must be extended to the victims of crime and their families, and not you."
They were all placed on the sex offenders' register for life, except for Harsley whose length is still to be determined by the judge.
One of the victim's families said: "We would like to thank police, the National Crime Agency and all the other law enforcement agencies involved for their support and handling of what has been a very traumatic and distressing experience for us.
"No family ever wants to find that their child has been the victim of abuse, nor would they ever knowingly put their child at risk. "As a family we now need to mend - seeing the perpetrators being brought to justice is the first step."

Staffordshire Police says the offenders operate in parks and other locations where they can access potential victims. Now the force is working with partners, including schools, councils and other emergency services, to stamp out child sexual exploitation (CSE) in the county.

"It’s only now that we are uncovering the scale of what’s going on.
“There has certainly been a massive rise in the numbers of cases reported to us over the past year or so.”
Hidden world
The groups of older men find their victims wherever young girls gather.
Then they lure them to the “party houses” where the girls’ drinks often get spiked and they can be raped.
Miss Doughty said: “We’ve been raising awareness of this issue and this may account for why this hidden world is now coming to light.”
Almost two-thirds of the victims referred to the WISE project have learning disabilities.
Many have other issues in their lives which mean they crave attention, leaving them open to abuse and exploitation.
At the “party houses”, these underage girls are offered a place where they can freely drink alcohol and take drugs – but soon the older men demand sexual favours in return.
The grooming process can take place within one day or over a long period of time.
Often the victims are bribed for sex with an offer of a place to stay, free food or money.
Typically, ‘friendships’ are formed and phone numbers or social media details are exchanged, leading on to further grooming and invites to “parties”.
'Scared and threatened'
Miss Doughty said: “The guys that do this are from all ethnicities and many are from a younger age group than people might expect.
“We speak to girls who have been passed around numbers of guys and forced to do things they don’t want to do.
“They feel scared and threatened. Often by the time the abuse starts they will have told the guy secrets about themselves.
“The fact is many of these girls have had a tough time and are looking for love – but all they find is abuse.”
Jenny, 16, from Brighton, was taken to houses and repeatedly raped after being picked up from the streets.
Older men passed her around at sex parties after she was plied with drink and drugs.
She said: “I spent my childhood in the care system, was in and out of different schools and had no time to form proper relationships.
“I was always ending up with street drinkers and other people I shouldn’t have been hanging around with.
“Then guys I’d never met started picking me up in their cars and taking me off to their houses in the city where other men were there waiting for me.
“I just wanted some love and attention so I went along with it, although I didn’t want to do any of the things they made me do.
“Now I haven’t got any self esteem or confidence.”
Jenny, not her real name, was referred to staff at YMCA Wise who are giving her counselling and helping her find a place to live.
Miss Doughty said many victims have “slipped through the net” in recent years because of their reluctance to talk to the police and a lack of awareness among child support agencies.
Now, when workers suspect a child is being abused, the victim is referred to the WISE project for counselling and support.
Vulnerable girls
The scheme was set up in response to recommendations in a 2007 Barnados report into sexual exploitation of children in Sussex.
It is the only service devoted to tackling the issue in Brighton and Hove and is funded by Sussex Central YMCA, the city council Comic Relief and Sussex Police.
Detective Inspector Lee Horner, from Sussex Police’s specialist investigation unit, said: “All police forces receive reports of sexual exploitation on vulnerable young girls and Brighton is no exception.
“The Child Protection Team at Brighton is working very closely with the WISE project and other partners to develop our responses to such incidents, support those affected and deal with the perpetrators.”
Jon Brown, NSPCC’s head of strategy for sexual abuse, said: “Any type of sexual grooming and child exploitation seriously damages young people’s lives.
“It leaves vulnerable children at the mercy of unscrupulous men who pretend to be their friends but in reality are dangerous predators.
“It is a corrosive problem that needs further research and concerted multi-agency action to help those affected.”
A spokesman for Brighton and Hove City Council said: “The council’s child protection teams work tirelessly to support victims and potential victims of child sexual exploitation and other forms of abuse.”

Sassy, in the Asian gangs who have been known to operate this way 97% of their victims were white....as far as I know 100% of the girls were not Muslim.
In Heywood it was reported that all the girls who spoke out were white.
Yes the girls were obviously vulnerable, many young teens are, not all were in care though. Many of them were targeted at the school gates.
The ones who were in care....many so called carers let down the girls and their families badly.

I agree that no paedophile gang should ever be covered up.

Vast majority of victims were white British girls... tiny number were mixed race or other non white groups, pretty sure couple were Indian Sikh background, some were boys!

I think if a gang of white Christian men targeted only young black boys or Asian schoolgirls for decades, it would be reported and dealt with without people making out it wasn't a race crime as well as a sex crime.

I don't really understand why anyone tries to cover up the racial aspect of these crimes.

When you focus exclusively on Pakistani rapists to the exclusion of the majority of British pedophiles, you act as though the majority of pedophilia victims in the UK don't matter as much as the ones who were raped by Pakistanis.

erm ...how about stopping doing exactly what you did in this thread? which was to effectively "defend" these animals..(or at least thats how I read it....). whether YOU personally like it or not there IS a "racist" element in these particular incidents (along with a number of other factors admittedly) AND it is ALSO true that "a certain" (and significant) proportion of these people have a total contempt, not only for our laws, above and beyond what "our own" criminals have but also for our young girls especially., a contempt which as I pointed out, whilst maybe not DIRECTLY the fault of Islam is certainly facilitated by it and especially by certain interpretations of it (which interpretations IS the fault of islam on an organisational level).

true...but you do a fine job of "minimising" AND you are, it seems like many on the left quite able to view a certain number of such happenings as "inevitable" (and thus acceptable politically if not emotionally) and whilst you personally may not have gone against some measures to disincentivise this kind of actiuvity (such as immediate deportation back to their (the perps) country of origin...regardless of their risk back their) you cannot deny that "the left" in general IS opposed to such actions. sadly therfore if you associate with such ideals....you get covered with any "glory or shite" that comes their way.....just like I get the appelation of nazi thrown at me (though the idiots dont understand the difference between national socialism and nazim(hitlerism))
